We primarily serve the greater Rochester, Buffalo, and Syracuse metro areas, including all regional airports
(ROC, BUF, SYR), Highmark Stadium for Bills home games, Finger Lakes wine country, and long-distance
executive transfers across New York State.
How does airport flight tracking work for pickups?
We automatically monitor all incoming flight numbers in real-time. If your commercial or private flight is
delayed or lands early, your chauffeur will adjust their arrival time accordingly, guaranteeing seamless
terminal meet & greet without extra wait charges.
How far in advance should I reserve a vehicle?
While we accept short-notice reservations based on fleet availability, we recommend reserving at least 24 to
48 hours in advance. For Buffalo Bills Game Days, major wedding dates, and peak holiday travel, booking 2–4
weeks in advance is highly recommended.
What vehicles are available in your fleet?
Our flagship vehicle is the luxury Cadillac Escalade ESV (seating up to 6 passengers with extended luggage
capacity). We also offer Executive Luxury Sedans and Mercedes-Benz Executive Sprinter Vans for larger
groups.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time receive a 100% full refund.
